These terms govern your use of Notes from Calendar ("the app"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Notes from Calendar connects to your Google Calendar to display your events as notes and to sync the changes you make in the app back to your calendar.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create and edit through the app.
• You must have the right to connect the Google Account you use with the app.
• Do not use the app to violate Google's terms, or to store unlawful content.

Changes and deletion of events

Because the app writes to your calendar, edits you make in the app (completing, moving, snoozing, or deleting notes) change your actual Google Calendar events. Make sure you review changes before confirming them.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app's developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data arising from your use of the app.

Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and revoke its access at your Google Account permissions page.
